Designed to make college life as simple as possible

Located right down the street from East Stroudsburg University, all of our units are a great place to live! Just a short walk to classes, or an even shorter drive if you choose to bring a car. All units are also within walking distance of the train station, many places to eat (Chinese, Pizza, and taverns), and pharmacies such as CVS. Another benefit renters (and their parents) appreciate is that we are here for 24-hour support because we know that despite everyone’s best efforts, problems can arise out of the blue.

More than just another housing option.

All available units include 2-4 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer unit, and a cozy living room. While most include the added bonus of a front or back porch and basement, not all do. Rest assured, our units meet all safety standards, undergo thorough inspections, and offer heating, air conditioning, and carpet throughout.

For those with vehicles, we furnish parking permits alongside complimentary street parking. As a family-operated business, we recognize that unexpected issues can arise, which is why we’re committed to extending our assistance whenever needed.

Bedrooms

3-4 per unit

In the majority of our units, you’ll find all bedrooms situated upstairs, though in a select few, one bedroom is conveniently located downstairs. Regardless of their placement, our bedrooms offer similar features, with slight variations in size. Bedrooms may be shown to prospective renters during tours but will not be shown here due to privacy reasons. We empower residents to arrange room assignments amongst themselves.

Bathrooms

1-2 per unit

Every unit includes at least one full-bath, with cabinets and a mirror. You’ll find ample space for shower caddies, with handy ledges perfect for storing bottles and toiletries, ensuring a clutter-free environment.

Kitchen

1 per unit

Each of our units features a kitchen, equipped with a stove, sink, refrigerator, and either tiled or wood flooring. Abundant cabinet space is provided for storing food, utensils, and appliances, with select units offering the added convenience of a pantry for even more storage options.

Open Living Space

Every residence boasts an inviting open-plan living room, typically situated at the front of the house. Here, students have the opportunity to infuse their personal style, brining in furniture, TVs, and decorative touches to customize the space and make it their own.
